Clinic Director/Manager
Premier Medical Spa has become the industry leader in laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation and anti-aging. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for talented professionals to help us build our medical spa practices.
The ideal candidate will enjoy an excellent work environment, flexible hours including some Saturdays and evenings – will be required. Proven sales experience, computer knowledge, excellent customer service experience, and ability to manage and inspire others and business management skills required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is converting prospects for laser hair, skin rejuvenation and anti-aging treatments into happy clients. This involves managing and performing client consultations. The Clinic Director in conjunction with the Premier Corporate office is responsible for local and promotional activities. The Clinic Director is encouraged to provide input and local promotional ideas based on the Premier Local Marketing Plan.
The successful Clinic Director will encourage teamwork among the center staff. A spirit of teamwork is essential to the operation a successful location. The spirit of team and a commitment to the exceptional care of the client are essential to the success of Premier Medical Spa, a success that all associates have the opportunity to share in. It is important for the Clinic Director must understand the duties and responsibilities of each Premier associate within their clinic. All staff should be cross-trained to provide support in other areas in order to provide coverage if needed. The Clinic Director assigned to the location will provide training for each position in order to explain and outline each position in the clinic. It is recommended that the Clinic Director.
Qualification Requirements
- Desire College degree or equivalent successful experience
- At least 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably point of sale experience selling intangible items.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, e-mail, and a web browser
- Previous management experience
- Experience with phone sales experience
- Aesthetic background is a strong advantage!
Duties
- Sales and performance of client consultations
- Supervision of all Premier Medical Spa staff
- Responsible for overall Clinic operation
- Payroll and commission reports
- Ensuring daily reports are correct and are submitted to Premier Corporate Head Office
- Addressing client complaints and/or concerns immediately
- Awareness of all local media marketing and communication of such information to clinic associates
- Interaction with local business to establish referral programs
- Management of Clinic expenses
- Other duties as assigned by Premier Corporate Head Office executive team.
