Clinic Coordinator/Front Desk

General Summary:

A great Clinic Coordinator is fundamental to the daily success of the clinic. The Clinic Coordinator is the focal point around which most interaction with a client begins and ends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

A successful Clinic Coordinator has excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent follow through and task completion abilities. Procedures and policies applicable for this position must be followed with accuracy and consistency. Efficiency and a strong work ethic is required. The Clinic Coordinator embodies Premier’s “Exceptional Service” motto with a cheerfulness, professionalism and a positive attitude understanding that they are in the presence of clients at all times, whether in person or on the phone. Remember, you only have one chance to make a first impression.

The Clinic Coordinator is responsible for managing the client flow through the clinic. Accurate record keeping, maintaining a neat and organized work area, and working proficiently are critical for a Clinic Coordinator in order to assure great service to all Premier Medical Spa clients.

Along with the Clinic Director, the Clinic Coordinator should encourage and build on the teamwork among the center staff. The spirit of team and a commitment to the exceptional care of the client are essential to the success of Premier Medical Spa, a success that all associates have the opportunity to share in.

Clinic Coordinator Description:

  • Management of the front desk, reception, and client waiting area with a service attitude.
  • Scheduling of appointments and maintaining the center appointment schedule.
  • Maintenance and Preparation of Daily Report and submission of reports to Premier Medical Spa Corporate Head Office with accuracy.
  • Controlling the flow of clients
  • Routing incoming phone calls and handling questions from callers.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception and client waiting areas.
  • Other Duties as assigned by Clinic Director

Requirements:

  • Education and/or Experience: Minimum of 2 year degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Microsoft Word, Excel in addition to accounting experience helpful.
