Treatment Coordinator/Sales
General Summary
The Treatment Coordinator (also know as the Sales Consultant) is responsible for the conversion of prospects into happy clients. The Premier Consultant is the primary and principle sales consultant at the Clinic. The Sales Consultant will also be a backup for the Clinic Coordinator if and when needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include the conversion of prospective clients into happy clients. This includes managing and performing client consultations, lead handling and follow-up. The Sales Consultant is required to follow Premier’s Sale Outreach program to actively develop their client portfolio.
Along with the Clinic Director, the Premier Sales Consultant will encourage a sprit of team, fairness and above all integrity among the clinic staff. The spirit of team and a commitment to the exceptional care of the client are essential to the success of Premier Medical Spa, a success that all associates have the opportunity to share in.
Qualification Requirements
- Sales
- Ensuring prompt lead follow up
- Performing client consultations
- Maintaining Closing Ratios
- Addressing client complaints and/or concerns
- Assisting Clinic Director to build relationships with local spas, health clubs and other businesses as part of the clinic’s marketing strategies.
- Other duties as assigned by Clinic Director or Head Office.
Additional Requirements
The Sales Consultant is the primary backup for the Clinic Coordinator when needed. Therefore, the Sales Consultant is expected to learn the following functions:
- Management of the front desk, reception, and client waiting area with a service attitude.
- Scheduling of appointments and maintaining the center appointment schedule.
- Maintenance and Preparation of Daily Report and submission of reports to Premier Medical Spa Corporate Head Office with accuracy.
- Controlling the flow of clients
- Routing incoming phone calls and handling questions from callers.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception and client waiting areas.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education and/or Experience: Minimum of 2 year degree or equivalent sales experience preferred.
Proven sales record and history of sales experience. An aesthetic background and/or industry experience is preferred. Microsoft Word, Excel in addition to Outlook experience helpful.
